Following these Instructions to the letter, using SAMPLE as guide:
Step 1
Complete the required fields in the form, and include a recent passport-sized photo of yourself. If taking a selfie:
Ensure the background is plain white, with no patterns (e.g., use a white ironed sheet, door, or wall).
The photo dimensions should be square, for example, a minimum of 250 x 250 pixels (avoid exceeding 500 x 500 pixels).

Accepted file formats for upload are .jpg, .jpeg, and .png, with a maximum file size of 3 MB.

Make sure you have permission of your witness as you will be adding their name to the form as well.

Proof read before you send the form off, any errors you make will be reflected in the pdf and can only be changed by ordering a new pdf.

Send the form off.

Colour print the pdf once you have received it via email from us.
Step 2

Everyone named in the ID needs to :auto-graph: using blue wet ink and imprint a red thumbprint

Affix a stamp to the top right corner and inscribe your :auto-graph: and the current date underneath it in blue wet ink over it and then add the red ink thumb print of the autographing person.
Step 3
Please send the document to us via registered post for the third witness and the addition of the royal seal. Also, add a self addressed registered mail envelope so that we can easily return it back to you. The specific address will be provided to you in the email.
Step 4
The witnessed and sealed master copy will be sent back to you for the following procedures:

Scan a copy for digital record.

Produce colour prints as required for official government and corporate correspondence.

Send the original master copy to your own address via Registered Post to obtain the Australia Post Unique Registration number. Once received, securely file this registered mail letter in a safe location, keeping it sealed.

Continuously print additional copies as needed from your digital copy.
